We are glad you have decided to check us out. Let me share a little bit about me and the congregation.

I am native to Maryland and a graduate of Towson University.  I attended a United Methodist Church in Baltimore County and it was there at summer camp where my faith grew.  In my home church I participated in many small groups and Bible studies, and these experiences helped me to discover that God’s love and compassion is all-encompassing and is still alive today.  I love animals and enjoy spending time with my two cats, Meg and Melody.

I have served in local churches in Baltimore County, and I was honored to receive my appointment to Camp Chapel in July 2026. 

Here at Camp Chapel UMC, God has called us to worship, make disciples, and serve.  You are welcome to participate in any of our spirit-building opportunities.

If you are seeking a place of worship, our three services each have their own feel.  Whether you prefer a casual traditional, contemporary, or formal traditional service, we have it.  Visit the various services and find the right spiritual fit for you and your family.

We encourage disciple-making through experience and connection.  Join us for fellowship time on Sunday mornings, join a class, participate in a small group, or become part of an affinity group.  There are no strangers here – only new brothers and sisters that we have not yet met!

For those who want to celebrate God’s goodness by giving back to the community, our wide variety of mission and outreach ministries are here for you.  Whether you like to swing a hammer or wrap Christmas gifts for needy children or something in between, we have an opportunity for you to serve.
